Harrison especially loved Skyping you this morning. He no longer has bubbles and sprinkles for breakfast because taking the bowls to the dishwasher "makes him feel sick". So he is now a toast for breakfast boy. Bethany got out her mini licious again today and asked for gluten free bread to make "cakes" for Harrison.
It was a perfect beach day! Sunny and hot with a breeze. Nerida drove us and we picked up Meg and went to Fairlight. Fairlight is ideal because there is grass in the shade where we could eat lunch, a pool and still water with lots of fish for fun snorkelling.
The ice cream boat arrived straight after we finished our picnic, perfect timing!
Harrison spent ages and ages snorkelling and loved the fish. It was fun to watch him as he randomly moved through the water, oblivious to others and where the shore was, clearly just following a fish. It was warm enough in the water for me to swim out with him. Bethany did swim in the sea, but mainly in the pool. While Harrison was snorkelling Meg was with her, then we all went to the pool.
It was a very fun day and we should definitely go again in the holidays when you get back. xHx
