We had a great day out at the Royal Easter Show. Heather, Nerida and Scott have precious memories of going there as a family. It was Papa's favourite annual adventure and lovely for him to share it with his grandchildren.
Harrison enjoyed seeing the animals, but was especially excited about the rides, (still remembering Luna Park adventures!) He also was amazed to see Bananas in Pyjamas "live on stage".... he was speechless and held tight to his mum but he did not want to leave.
The motorbikes and cars jumping and swerving and screeching around in their stunts in the main arena left Heather holding on tight to her seat...and hoping Harrison does not take up such dangerous adventures. Bethany was much happier on Jon's shoulders than in the low seat in the buggy (and that's stroller again to the Aussies..). The most exciting part of the show for her was sampling Grandma's ice cream.
