In March 2006 six couples joined the Chichester NCT preparing for child birth course. I did not exactly enjoy the course (or child birth itself for that matter) but the parents to be kept in touch....and in April first Ben arrived, then Harrison and William on the same day, next was Thomas, then Evie and finally Matthew. From those first days the families have kept in close touch and we remain great friends. It has been fun spending time together and sharing the laughter, tears and frustration as our babies have grown.
Three of the couples have moved away, but email and visits and meeting up for days out keep us up to date, although it is very hard to get everyone together on the same day. We achieved this amazing feat in May 2009 with a day out to celebrate the 3rd birthday. Since 2006 3 more babies have arrived...in 2009 Jude then Bethany and then Ella. Here we all are.....perhaps for the last time for a while as Evie and Jude (and their parents) are moving to Sydney shortly.
