Canberra Visit

We stayed with the Scamps in Canberra. It was wonderful to finally meet the lovely Levi, and Harrison very much enjoyed playing with many of Levi's toys.... especially the digging ones. We were very impressed with the Scamp renovation work and their lovely home. Bryson and Gareth are not in Canberra any more, but we could briefly catch up with Richard and Narelle, precious time together. Canberra was not looking as dry as we had been warned, thanks to some recent rain.

The McCredies made a huge effort to meet up for a picnic by the lake. Mark, Maggie, Natalie and Connor came down from the Snowies, collecting Indigo on their way. Sandy and Fiona joined us on their lunch break and Joanne and her children joined the chaos. It was great to see them all. Grandma May would have been proud of her amazing family.

We had a fun day at the park with the Laufers. Jessica and Stephanie were very attentive and Harrison enjoyed climbing and jumping on the trampoline.

That was a lot of new people for Harrison to meet, and he was a little overwhelmed and over active at times. Jon comforted him, saying "Harrison if I have to meet any more new people I will wet my pants too” Thankfully after that we all stayed dry :) If only we could spread these visits out and spend more time with everyone.
