Two weeks before our trip to Australia we moved from our flat to a house! The flat was in centre of town, but small and with slippery steps to the front door, (not easy with two children). Our new house is about a 15 minute walk away. It is five minutes from Harrison's pre-school and has three bedrooms and a garden! There is a great park to play in just around the corner. Yay!! Most importantly it has no steps up to the front door. It is the one in the middle of the terrace. I was in complete denial about moving, and Jon being away working the weekend before did not help. Fortunately Jon's mum came to stay and she was a moving whirlwind! We still have boxes in the garage (did I mention we have a garage as well, luxury!!) but we are feeling very settled. We are so grateful to God that the church could rent a furnished place for us in such a great location.
