Bethany wanted a "party" because her birthday will be in Orange and not with her North Turramurra friends. I planned for the girls to play in the park near the school and then walk to our place for craft and food, but the rain poured down! We changed the plan to having hot chocolate at a cafe across from the school and mum helped me drive the girls to our place. On the way we were involved in a nasty road rage incident which shook me up quite a bit. Hosting the girls in our half packed house was tricky too. Fortunately I think Bethany had fun.
