We had a lovely time in August when Nanny Baker and Tansy dog came to stay. Nanny stopped over at Grans's on the way so she didn't bring a lemon meringue pie! Fearing that she may not be welcome without one she brought all the ingredients and equipment with her to make one here. Harrison had a great time helping to cook it and we all enjoyed eating it. Heather texted the other Bakers just to make sure they knew what we were enjoying, (apparently they resent the fact that only Jon is guaranteed a pie!)
We went to Havant and Harrison and Nanny enjoyed a ride on train. Bethany was interested in Tansy, who is getting very old and frail but was patient with the attention. After Nanny went home Jon took Harrison for a local walk to a windmill.
