After two frantically busy months Jon is finally on holidays. We spent 6 days in lovely Lee-on-Solent (where we lived before we moved to Chichester). We house sat for the Reids, and Harrison was fascinated by their two (fairly patient) cats.
We had lovely weather (NOT a given this English summer) and went to the beach most days. One day we caught the ferry and went to the Isle of Wight.
It was fantastic to be able to spend time with many of our friends.
Next we are off to sunny Weston-super-Mare (what is it with three word place names?) to see Jon's family. Harrison will miss the cats but has dogs and guinea pigs to terrorise there.
