The Newcombe family came up for our welcome service and we had a fun Saturday at the National Field day. The kids sat in every tractor and mower on display (and there were lots!) and had a fun camel ride. There was an awkward moment where, after our children enthusiastically patted some dogs as requested, our photo was taken with said dogs to support greyhound racing. Some of the boys then carried a balloon given to them by the shooters and fishers party. We were glad when the dogs and balloons disappeared..
