The Basin campsite can only be reached by boat. It only has unpowered sites and a toilet block with cold water showers. BUT it also has a quiet beach and a lagoon and rock wallabies. So it's the perfect place for two families to have two nights camping. Despite the effort of lugging all our camping gear (and a kayak!) onto the ferry, the trauma of a trip to hospital for Gracie to get boot on her recently diagnosed stress fracture and the odd shower of rain we had a fabulous time! Jon kayaked back from the campsite to Palm beach and beat the ferry there.
