We made a banner for him, if you look closely you'll see that it reads "Happy 40th" :)
Jon led the service, it was about church and we all put together a big "dandelion", to help us think about being linked together but also about and "floating" away into our different lives taking God's love and message with us.
I bought a lemon meringue pie and we all sang happy birthday at morning tea. Then, as our big celebration we flew to the Gold Coast in the sunshine state (Queensland) for a holiday. Here we are at the airport.
