We have had a rough few weeks with various illnesses, but Bethany has managed to smile through it all. Christmas celebrations are in full swing. Saturday was our "Messy Christingle" afternoon at Christchurch. Jon had lots of families attend for games and craft, followed by Christingle service (google it!) and then tea. "Messy" was an apt name, one friend said that her daughter's potato printed wrapping paper took four days to dry, so enthusiastically was the paint applied!
Harrison was too sick to join in on Saturday but he had fun at Christchurch's play group party today. We have baked lots of ANZAC biscuits as presents, and he now knows the recipe off by heart! Not all biscuit mixture made it to the oven.....
